On August 2, 2014 Sylvia and The Blenders travelled to the Baltimore area to play at the Fellowship Pentecostal Church, 7862 Quarterfield Rd. Severn, Maryland 21144 along with guest Joseph Melvin Peddicord. We appreciate and thank Pastor Bobby Fitzgerald for giving us the opportunity to minister in music in his church. We also received a love offering which we all were grateful for. It was a blessing to us to see such a large attendance. On Sunday the Crouse family had a reunion and it was nice seeing family and friends again. We thank God for making our trip rewarding in so many ways. It was a blessing to all of US.

Last year on August 18, 2013 Sylvia and the Blenders were invited to go to Tennessee to play at a Baptist Church in the mountains, Little Church in the Wildwood, Elizabethton just outside of Johnson City, Tennessee (AKA Horseshoe Baptist Church). Please take note of Ruby and V I Vance in the picture below, who are the ones who are responsible for inviting us there. God blessed us in many ways. We had major problems with a rented van and at one point didn't think we
would be able to get to our destination. With David's help and determination we made it just in time to do
our presentation. We were blessed with a generous love offering which we were all very grateful for.
I thank God that we had an opportunity like this to share our music with these warm and friendly folks in
Tennessee. It certainly was a blessing to all of US!!!!
